Miami Programs Director

Shanté Haymore-Kearney (she/hers) is a warm-hearted nonprofit and trauma-informed wellness professional, and community do-gooder in her Miami neighborhood of Coconut Grove, FL. She has been working in program management for non-profits for over 10 years. Whether through spirituality, health and wellness, child advocacy, or social justice, Shante’ is a catalyst for change and empowerment in her community.

In addition to being the Miami Program Director at S.O.U.L. Sisters Leadership Collective, Shanté is a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher and wellness educator. She is the Founder of Brown Goddess Collective, a wellness community for brown/black womxn. She was recently selected as a 2021 lululemon Ambassador, elevating her work in the wellness space nationally.

Shanté is a proud graduate from Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry, and received her Master’s in Sports Administration from Northwestern University. She loves her family, friends, communities, and nature!
