Lauren Cole (she/her) is a passionate Human Resources expert with over 10 years of diverse experience in the strategy, implementation and execution of programs in support of organizational HR initiatives. She spent the first half of her career specializing in talent solutions tailored to the needs of federal agencies, specifically the Department of Defense, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, U.S Department of State and United States Agency for International Development. For the past 7 years Lauren has been a talent guru in the advertising and creative industry, highlighting the need for a more diverse and inclusive culture within advertising agencies. She currently serves as the Diversity Program Manager for The One Club for Creativity which is the producer of the prestigious One Show, ADC Annual Awards and Creative Week and is the world’s foremost non-profit organization recognizing creative excellence in advertising and design.
