Our two-day Radical Softness Institute is an event for the Dignity in Schools Campaign Week of Action, highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence through restorative justice in the school system. This event offers for youth to express themselves and experience restorative justice. We work to center the voices of black and brown girls, femmes, and non-binary youth who are being pushed out of schools.

Through a series of workshops, games, art projects, and circles, the main goals of the Institute are to introduce nonviolent, restorative methods for responding to challenging youth behavior, humanizing our youth in schools, and increase awareness and understanding of restorative justice practices.
